Direct Deposit
In the past 20 years, we’ve processed more than $1.6 billion in employee direct deposit payments. Our clients find this system easy and secure, and they also find that it improves their employees' banking experience.
Garnishments
We calculate and withhold the garnishments at no extra charge. We also pay the garnishing agency for you.
Signed Checks
Your checks can come pre-signed at no extra charge. Our optional ultra-secure pressure-sealed checks include a pre-signed signature and cost $0.15 per check.
IRS / EDD Correspondence
When you are a TJH Payroll customer, we’ve got you covered. We will work with taxing agencies to resolve open issues on your behalf.
Workers’ Compensation
We’ve learned how to make paying workers' compensation premium payments easy. We can pay your workers’ compensation premium each payroll as it is incurred or fill out and pay the traditional report that is filed with your insurance company. Have your insurance broker contact us for a list of insurance companies we are pre-approved to upload data to. We are not licensed to sell workers’ compensation insurance.
Time and Attendance
Time & Attendance lets you track employee hours via any web enabled device at no additional fee. Perfect for compliance, faster payroll input, and basic job costing.

General Ledger Summary
We create a Payroll Summary report with each payroll processed. This report includes a general ledger summary based on your chart of accounts. We can also integrate with QuickBooks.
Email Notifications
We notify you the instant your payroll has been processed, providing you with a copy of the Payroll Summary report and summary totals of the payroll. We will also notify you of other payroll activity and tax law changes that may affect your business.
New-Hire Reports
We submit required new-hire reports on your behalf at no extra charge.
Remote Check Printing
With this new service clients can print checks at their location from a PDF file that is uploaded to TJH Connect.
